    4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee seasoning salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    ½ tsp. ground cumin
    Fresh cracked black pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with Hy-Vee non-stick cooking spray.
    3. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag and toss to coat.
    4. Spread potatoes evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
