Servings and Ingredients
|1 (1 pound) bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|Weber Veggie Grill seasoning, to taste|
|1 lemon, thinly sliced and grilled|
- In a shallow saucepan, bring one quart of water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook for 4 to 6 minutes, or until asparagus is flexible, but not floppy. Strain asparagus into a colander and run cold water over it to stop the cooking process.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil and seasoning. Garnish with grilled lemon slices.
