In a small bowl, combine black and white sesame, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Rub spice mixture onto tuna.
In a sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook tuna, flipping occasionally, until desired doneness. Thinly slice tuna and divide evenly among the four salad plates. Top with dressing, if desired.
