    2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (28 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes
    1 (6 oz) can Hy-Vee tomato paste
    2 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    1 lbs. cod fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
    ¾ lbs. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
    1 (6.5 oz) can chopped clams with juice, undrained
    ¼ c. chopped fresh parsley

    Directions

    1. In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, stir together onions, celery, tomatoes, tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Cover. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
    2. Stir fish, shrimp and clams into stew. Reduce heat to LOW. Cover. Cook an additional 30 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Stir in parsley.
