4 oz. Hy-Vee FishMarket imitation crab meat | ||
3 Roma tomatoes, diced | ||
2 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. chopped chives | ||
1 tsp. chopped basil | ||
1 tsp. chopped mint | ||
Hy-Vee salt, to taste | ||
1 (16 oz) Hy-Vee baguette, thinly sliced and toasted |
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, tomatoes, lemon juice, chives, basil and mint. Season to taste with salt. Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve seafood mixture on toasted baguette slices.
