Cut dough into 2 even pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a 12x12-inch circle. Spread 3 tablespoons butter on each dough circle. Cut each circle into 12 triangles and roll tightly from the large end to the tip of the triangle. Place on prepared baking sheets. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and lightly floured; let rise in a warm draft-free place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Hyvee Culinary Expert TipTo freeze dough: Shape dough as desired. Instead of letting rise, cover tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze. To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge and allow to rise for 2 hours. Once dough has doubled in size, bake according to recipe instructions.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and cool on a wire cooling rack.
