Directions
Empty brownie mix into a large bowl. Mix in eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir with a spoon to combine. Stir in peanuts and sandwich cookies into batter. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 24 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Combine peanut butter chips and 1 tablespoon shortening. Microwave on 50-percent power until melted and smooth. Spread over brownies. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. Microwave butterscotch and semisweet chocolate chips and remaining 1 tablespoon shortening on 50-percent power until melted and smooth. Spread on brownies. Add desired toppers. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
