Savory Summer Lime Chicken
Servings and Ingredients
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee paprika|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin|
|1 tsp. hot chili powder|
|1 tsp. smoked salt|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Hickory House Breath Buster Rub|
|4 Hy-Vee chicken leg quarters|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil|
|1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish|
|1 lime, cut into wedges, for serving|
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine paprika, cumin, hot chili powder, smoked salt, black pepper and rub. Rub onto chicken quarters. Brush with oil.
- Place chicken skin side up on grill for 12 minutes. Turn chicken and cook for 10 minutes more until thickest part of chicken quarter reaches 165 degrees. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Top with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
