    1 (8-oz.) container Hy-Vee plain cream cheese spread, softened
    2 tbsp. chopped Hy-Vee smoked almonds
    1 tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    10 slice(s) red, yellow and/or orange mini sweet peppers
    2 slice(s) Hy-Vee center cut bacon, crisp-cooked and chopped
    1 tbsp. roasted raspberry chipotle sauce
    3 Hy-Vee refrigerated pre-split bakery style everything bagels, toasted

    Directions

    1. Combine cucumbers, chili garlic sauce and vinegar in a small bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    2. Meanwhile, spread cream cheese on three-fourth of a 12x8-in. serving board or platter. Arrange in rows cucumber mixture and almonds on top of two-thirds of the cream cheese. Top cucumber mixture with green onion. Drizzle almonds with honey.

    3. Top remaining one-third of the cream cheese with sweet pepper slices and bacon; drizzle with raspberry chipotle sauce.

    4. Cut each bagel into 8 wedges. Arrange on board or platter next to the cream cheese.
