    2 medium ears sweet corn
    ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    garlic powder
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Remove corn from cob.
    2. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add corn and garlic powder to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the edges of the corn start to turn golden brown, about 6 minutes.
    3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
