Directions
- Remove corn from cob.
- Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add corn and garlic powder to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the edges of the corn start to turn golden brown, about 6 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
