Sauteed Peas and Mushrooms
Servings and Ingredients
|½ c.||chopped onions|
|¼ c.||extra-virgin olive oil|
|16 oz.||sliced mushrooms|
|16 oz.||frozen peas|
|2 tbsp.||Bragg's liquid aminos, or to taste|
|Freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
- Saute chopped onion in oil for 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and peas. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes until warm, stirring occasionally, taking care to keep vegetables brightly colored.
- Season with liquid aminos and black pepper.
