½ c. chopped onions
¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil
16 oz. sliced mushrooms
16 oz. frozen peas
2 tbsp. Bragg's liquid aminos, or to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Saute chopped onion in oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and peas. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes until warm, stirring occasionally, taking care to keep vegetables brightly colored.
  3. Season with liquid aminos and black pepper.
