Sauteed Fiesta Corn
Servings and Ingredients
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter|
|4 c. frozen Hy-Vee cut golden corn|
|½ c. Hy-Vee garden fresh salsa|
|2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion|
|Hy-Vee salt, to taste|
|McCormick black pepper, to taste|
- Melt butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add corn and sauté until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in salsa and green onion. Season with salt and pepper.
