    ½ lbs.pork sausage
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee flour
    2 c.Hy-Vee skim milk
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    6Pillsbury frozen biscuits, baked

    Directions

    1. Cook sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink. Remove sausage from skillet; set aside.
    2. Whisk together flour and milk. Add to pan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in sausage; season with salt and pepper. Cook an additional minute.
    3. Split biscuits in half; top with gravy.
