    1 (8-oz.) tube Hy-Vee refrigerated crescent roll dough
    1 lbs. pork breakfast sausage
    8 Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Unroll crescent roll dough; do not separate into triangles. Press dough into the bottom of the prepared pan; set aside.

    2. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking up any large pieces with a wooden spoon. Drain. Place an even layer of sausage over crescent roll dough in pan. Top sausage layer with beaten eggs; top with cheese.

    3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are cooked through (150 degrees) and cheese is golden brown.
