    ¼ c. Hy-Vee thick and chunky salsa
    1 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortilla
    ¼ c. shredded pepper-jack cheese
    2 oz. (1/3 package) Hy-Vee grilled Southwestern chicken breast strips
    4 green bell pepper strips, 3-by-1/4-inch
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives

    Directions

    1. Spread salsa over one side of tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with chicken, bell pepper strips and olives; roll up. Wrap loosely in paper towel.
    2. Heat in microwave 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.
    3. Slice in half diagonally and serve.
