¼ c. Hy-Vee thick and chunky salsa | ||
1 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortilla | ||
¼ c. shredded pepper-jack cheese | ||
2 oz. (1/3 package) Hy-Vee grilled Southwestern chicken breast strips | ||
4 green bell pepper strips, 3-by-1/4-inch | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives |
Directions
- Spread salsa over one side of tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with chicken, bell pepper strips and olives; roll up. Wrap loosely in paper towel.
- Heat in microwave 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve.
