Santa Fe Wrap
Servings and Ingredients
|¼ c. Hy-Vee thick and chunky salsa|
|1 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortilla|
|¼ c. shredded pepper-jack cheese|
|2 oz. (1/3 package) Hy-Vee grilled Southwestern chicken breast strips|
|4 green bell pepper strips, 3-by-1/4-inch|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives|
- Spread salsa over one side of tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with chicken, bell pepper strips and olives; roll up. Wrap loosely in paper towel.
- Heat in microwave 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve.
