|4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced|
|¼ red onion, minced|
|2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced|
|¼ c. chopped cilantro leaves|
|1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
- After all ingredients have been chopped, combine them in a large bowl with lime juice, salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
