4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
¼ red onion, minced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
¼ c. chopped cilantro leaves
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. After all ingredients have been chopped, combine them in a large bowl with lime juice, salt and black pepper and mix well.
  2. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
