    1 c. tequila lime marinade, divided
    ½ c. Hy-Vee pineapple tidbits, drained reserving 2 tsp of juice
    1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, drained
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper
    4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin removed

    Directions

    1. Stir together 1/2 cup marinade, pineapple, pineapple juice, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    2. In a resealable bag, combine remaining 1/2 cup marinade and salmon fillets. Seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard marinade. Sear salmon on grill 5 minutes. Turn. Sear an additional 2 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
    4. To serve, top salmon with salsa.
