    1 (6 oz) salmon fillet, cooked
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee tartar sauce
    2 tbsp. chopped green onion
    ¼ c. chopped celery
    2 Hy-Vee wheat English muffins, split and toasted
    2 slice(s) Hy-Vee 2% American cheese, cut in half

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, crumble salmon. Stir in tartar sauce, onion and celery until combined.
    2. Top each English muffin half with salmon mixture. Top each with 1/2-slice cheese.
    3. Broil 2 to 3 minutes.
