    ½ c. bread crumbs
    1 can(s) salmon
    1 large egg, beaten
    ⅓ c. chopped onion
    ½ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. pepper
    ⅔ c. mayonnaise
    paprika

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Place bread crumbs in a bowl. Drain canned salmon over bread crumbs and stir well. Flake salmon and stir into moistened bread crumbs.
    3. Stir in egg, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Place in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with paprika.
    4. Bake for 45 minutes.
