2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
⅓ c. green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange marmalade
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice
Hy-Vee salt, to taste
Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place salmon fillets skin-side-down on a greased baking pan.

  2. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork (145 degrees).

  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat oil. Add garlic and green onion; sauté 2 to 3 minutes until soft. Stir in marmalade, orange juice, salt and pepper. Heat over low heat to keep warm.

  4. Serve salmon with orange glaze.
