    1 oz. Hy-Vee mozzarella cheese
    1 oz. Hy-Vee Pepper Jack cheese
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee buffalo wing sauce
    2 lettuce leaves
    4 slice(s) tomato
    ½ avocado, sliced
    4 oz. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, sliced

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cut and toast 3 slices of french bread. Top one slice with Mozzarella cheese and another with Pepper Jack cheese.

    2. Combine mayonnaise and buffalo wing sauce in a small bowl; spread on each bread slice. Top cheese-topped bread slices with lettuce, tomato, avocado and rotisserie chicken slices.

    3. Drizzle buffalo sauce on top. Stack the layered breads and place remaining slice, spread side down, on top.

    4. Wrap sandwich in foil and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is softened. Unwrap sandwich and serve immediately.
