    2 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded rotisserie chicken
    ½ (1.25-oz.) pkt. Hy-Vee 25%-less sodium taco seasoning
    ¼ c. water
    2 c. Hy-Vee instant brown rice
    1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% milk reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    Desired toppings, such as: salsa, black olives, avocados, and/or plain Greek yogurt

    Directions

    1. Cook rice according to package directions; set aside and keep warm.

    2. Warm chicken and taco seasoning in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add water and cook until water has absorbed. 

    3. To assemble bowls, layer 1/2 cup rice, 1/4 chicken mixture, black beans, cheese, and desired toppings such as salsa, black olives, avocados, and/or plain Greek yogurt into 4 serving bowls.
