    1 (12 oz) package reduced-carb rotini, uncooked
    ¼ lbs. salami, sliced and cut in bite-size pieces
    1 c. cubed Hy-Vee mild cheddar
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Select stuffed green olives, sliced
    4 green onions, chopped
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Italian dressing
    Romaine lettuce leaves

    Directions

    1. Cook rotini according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to chill; drain again.
    2. In large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the salami, cheese, green onion and olives. Add dressing and toss well.
    3. Serve on plates lined with lettuce. Additional dressing can be served with salad, if desired.
