1 (12 oz) package reduced-carb rotini, uncooked | ||
¼ lbs. salami, sliced and cut in bite-size pieces | ||
1 c. cubed Hy-Vee mild cheddar | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Select stuffed green olives, sliced | ||
4 green onions, chopped | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Italian dressing | ||
Romaine lettuce leaves |
Directions
- Cook rotini according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to chill; drain again.
- In large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the salami, cheese, green onion and olives. Add dressing and toss well.
- Serve on plates lined with lettuce. Additional dressing can be served with salad, if desired.
