    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee butter
    1(1.5 pound) pkg ProHealth Baby Potatoes, quartered
    6pearl onions, peeled
    1 tbsp.chopped fresh rosemary
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee sea salt

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
    2. Add the potatoes and onions. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
    3. Uncover and stir in rosemary.
    4. Continue cooking until potatoes are golden-brown, stirring occasionally.
    5. Season with salt just before serving.
