½ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
1 tbsp. garlic, minced | ||
1 fresh lemon, zested | ||
⅓ c. fresh rosemary, chopped | ||
¼ c. fresh lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper |

Directions
- Place chicken breasts in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- To make marinade, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate chicken for 1 to 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill chicken for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, brushing chicken 2 or 3 times with remaining marinade.
