    4 (4-oz. each) boneless skinless chicken breasts
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 fresh lemon, zested
    ⅓ c. fresh rosemary, chopped
    ¼ c. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper

    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Meat thermometer

    Directions

    1. Place chicken breasts in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    2. To make marinade, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate chicken for 1 to 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
    3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    4. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill chicken for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, brushing chicken 2 or 3 times with remaining marinade.
