    ½ c. chopped fresh rosemary
    ¼ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. pepper
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    4 pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick

    Directions

    1. In a shallow dish combine rosemary, salt, pepper and oil. Add pork; turn to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes or up to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
    2. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350 to 400 degrees). Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Grill, covered, 8 to 11 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
