  1. Combine root beer, brown sugar, corn syrup, Dijon mustard, white pepper, and ground allspice in a saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Gently boil 20 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup. Brush glaze on a 10-lbs. ham during the last 20 minutes of baking and just before serving.
