|4 lbs.||pork baby back ribs|
|1||large yellow onion, quartered|
|1 tbsp.||garlic powder|
- Combine ribs, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, bay leaf and beer in a large pot. Add water to cover ribs. Boil until ribs are very tender.
- Remove ribs from pot. Grill over low heat, mopping with barbecue sauce.
