Rocky Road Fudge
Servings and Ingredients
|1 packet(s) semisweet chocolate chips|
|1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk|
|2 tbsp. butter or margarine|
|3 c. salted dry-roasted peanuts|
|1 (10.5 oz) pkg miniature marshmallows|
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, milk, and butter over medium heat. Cook and stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
- Spread into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
