    1 (6 1/2- to 7-pound) whole bone-in turkey breast, thawed if frozen
    Hy-Vee vegetable oil, as needed
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried oregano
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried basil

      Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
      2. Place turkey breast, skin side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Brush turkey with vegetable oil. Season with oregano, thyme and basil.

      3. Insert an oven-safe meat thermometer into the thickest part of a breast. The thermometer should not touch bone. Cover turkey loosely with foil.
      4. Roast for 2 hours.
      5. Remove foil. Roast for 30 to 60 minutes or until thermometer registers 165 degrees.
      6. Transfer turkey to a cutting board. Tent turkey loosely with foil and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
