¾ tsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
1 tsp. salt-free Southwest-lime seasoning blend
¼ tsp. fine sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Clean pulp from winter squash seeds in a large bowl of water. Rinse and drain seeds in a colander. Spread seeds on paper towels and pat dry. 

  2. Toss seeds with olive oil, salt-free seasoning, and sea salt. Spread on prepared pan.

  3. Roast 15 minutes or until lightly golden and slightly crisp, stirring once. Cool completely before serving.
