Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Stir together butter, garlic salt, rosemary and black pepper in a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Place potato halves, cut-side down, in the baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
