    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee rosemary
    ¼ tsp. freshly cracked Hy-Vee black pepper
    4 medium russet potatoes, halved

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Stir together butter, garlic salt, rosemary and black pepper in a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Place potato halves, cut-side down, in the baking dish.
    3. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
