3 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped
Hy-Vee salt, to taste
Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line large rimmed baking pan with foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. 

  2. Toss radishes with olive oil in a bowl until evenly coated. Spread on prepared baking pan. 

  3. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Garnish with parsley; season to taste with salt and pepper.
