4 slices Hy-Vee 100% whole wheat bread
¼ c. jarred roasted red pepper, drained and patted dry

Directions

  1. Spray one side of each slice of bread with butter-flavored spray until evenly coated. Place bread, buttered-side-down, on cutting board. Top 2 pieces of bread with 1 slice each pepper jack-flavor Veggie Slices™.
  2. Layer roasted red pepper on top of Veggie Slice™. Top with remaining 2 slices of bread, making sure the buttered side is on the outside.
  3. Grill sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat, 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until light golden brown.
