Servings and Ingredients
|2 c. unpeeled thinly sliced cucumbers|
|1 ½ c. chopped fresh tomato|
|½ c. finely chopped celery|
|½ c. fat-free French dressing|
|1 tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes|
- In a medium bowl, combine cucumbers, tomato and celery.
- Add French dressing and parsley. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
