    3 tbsp. coleslaw
    8 Hy-Vee dill pickle chips
    Hy-Vee yellow mustard, for garnish

    1. Top 8 crackers with equal amounts pastrami, coleslaw, and pickles. Cover with remaining crackers to sandwich. 

    2. If desired, use yellow mustard to create football laces on top cracker. Serve immediately.
