Rich Mocha-Chocolate Fondue

¼ c. fresh-brewed coffee | ||
1 (10 oz) pkg Nestle Chocolatier 62% baking chocolate morsels | ||
½ tsp. pure vanilla extract | ||
For dipping: fresh fruit, dried apricots, cake and/or pretzels, optional |
Directions
- Heat milk, coffee and chocolate in a small, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
- Transfer to a fondue pot; place over low heat.
- To serve, dip dippers into melted chocolate.
- Stir occasionally.
