1 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. cooked white rice
2 c. milk
¼ tsp. salt
⅓ c. sugar
1 tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
2 eggs, well beaten
½ tsp. gluten-free vanilla
¼ c. raisins, optional
nutmeg

Directions

  1. Combine brown rice, white rice, milk, salt, sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla and raisins.
  2. Place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
