12 strawberries, hulled | ||
12 large green grapes | ||
2 medium bananas, cut into 6 bite-size pieces each | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice | ||
⅛ tsp. mint extract |
Directions
- Thread a pineapple piece, strawberry, grape and banana piece onto each of twelve 6-inch skewers. Place skewers into a 9-by-13-inch dish.
- Stir together orange juice, honey, lemon juice and extract. Pour over skewers. Cover.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. To serve, remove skewers from marinade. Discard marinade.
