12 bite-size pieces fresh pineapple
12 strawberries, hulled
12 large green grapes
2 medium bananas, cut into 6 bite-size pieces each
½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
⅓ c. Hy-Vee honey
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
⅛ tsp. mint extract

Directions

  1. Thread a pineapple piece, strawberry, grape and banana piece onto each of twelve 6-inch skewers. Place skewers into a 9-by-13-inch dish.
  2. Stir together orange juice, honey, lemon juice and extract. Pour over skewers. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. To serve, remove skewers from marinade. Discard marinade.
