Reduced-Sodium Quick Beef Stew

2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee reduced-sodium beef broth, divided | ||
1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee stew mix | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee stew vegetables, frozen | ||
1 c. frozen Hy-Vee cut corn |
Directions
- In a large saucepan, cook meat on medium heat until browned.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup broth and stew mix; add to meat. Stir in remaining broth, stew vegetables and corn.
- Bring to a boil and cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
