Red Pepper and Mozzarella Turkey Burger
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs.||ground turkey|
|4 oz.||fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced|
|4||Hy-Vee Bakery onion hamburger buns, split|
|½ c.||julienned roasted red peppers|
|4 tbsp.||prepared pesto|
- Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat. Divide turkey into 4 patties and grill for about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 165 degrees. Top each patty immediately with a slice of cheese.
- On bottom of each hamburger bun, top with arugula. Top with patty, roasted red peppers, pesto and top bun.
