Directions
Meanwhile, bring milk to a simmer. Remove from heat and pour in a blender. Blend; slowly adding tea mixture and ashwagandha powder. Blend until frothy; adding beet juice or red food coloring to add a light red color, if desired. Pour into a 16-oz mug and serve warm.
