    1 ¾ c. Hy-Vee flour
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee butter
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 medium bananas)

    Directions

    1. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl; set aside.
    2. Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in mashed bananas. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened.
    3. Pour into a well-greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack before cutting and serving.
