Raspberry Peach Crumble
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (12 oz) bag frozen Hy-Vee raspberries|
|1 (15.5 oz) can sliced Hy-Vee peaches|
|1 c. flour|
|1 c. sugar|
|¼ tsp. cinnamon|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee margarine, cut into small pieces|
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place peach slices and raspberries in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
- Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in a medium size bowl. With fingertips, work butter into flour mixture until crumbly. Place on top of fruit.
- Bake until the crumb topping is golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
