    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
    1 mint sprig
    6 raspberries
    1 lime wedge
    2 oz. raspberry vodka
    Ice
    Club soda
    Additional mint leaves, for garnish

    Directions

    1. In a cocktail shaker, pour sugar over mint leaves, raspberries and lime wedge and muddle (press with a muddler tool or the back of a spoon). Add vodka and ice. Cover and shake vigorously.
    2. Pour into a glass and top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
