    ¼ c. light agave nectar
    Raspberry-Grapefruit Margarita
    4 oz. Raspberry-Grapefruit Mixer
    2 oz. Patron Silver tequila
    2 oz. Cointreau
    Fresh raspberries, for garnish
    Fresh grapefruit, sliced and quartered, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Make Raspberry-Grapefruit Mixer: Combine raspberries, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Strain; discard seeds. Makes 3 cups (about 6 servings).

    2. Make Margaritas: Combine 4-oz. Raspberry-Grapefruit Mixer, tequila, and Cointreau in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled 10-oz. cocktail glass. If desired, skewer fresh raspberries and grapefruit wedges onto a cocktail skewer and place on top of glass as a garnish.
