1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
2 c. Hy-Vee original baking mix
½ c. plus 1 tbsp Hy-Vee skim milk, divided
¾ c. Hy-Vee red raspberry jelly
1 c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut cream cheese and butter into baking mix until crumbly. Stir in 1/2 cup milk.
  2. Press half the batter into a greased 9-by-9-inch pan.
  3. Spread raspberry jelly evenly over batter. Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls over jelly.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Stir powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon milk and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over top.
