|4 green onions, sliced|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|¼ c. seasoned rice vinegar|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee mayonnaise|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee low sodium soy sauce|
|3 package(s) (3-oz. each) Maruchan ramen noodles, coarsely crushed, discard seasoning packets|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Sriracha sauce, for serving|

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Pour over coleslaw mixture and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, stir in coarsely crushed ramen noodles and drizzle with Sriracha sauce, if desired.
