    4(3-oz. each) pkgs. Ramen noodles, reserve seasoning packets for another use
    2Hy-Vee large eggs
    ½ c.Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    2 c.Gustare Vita pizza sauce
    2 c.Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    Desired pizza toppers, such as: pepper strips, black olives, mushroom slices, etc.

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Cook Ramen, without seasoning, according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain. 

    2. Whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. For crust, toss noodles in egg mixture to coat; spread in prepared pizza pan. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven.

    3. Spread pizza sauce on crust; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and desired toppers. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
