Whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. For crust, toss noodles in egg mixture to coat; spread in prepared pizza pan. Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Spread pizza sauce on crust; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and desired toppers. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
