    1 lbs. ground beef
    chopped onion
    1 carrot, shredded
    2 ½ c. water
    2 packet(s) beef Ramen noodles (with seasoning packets)
    salt and pepper, to taste


    1. Brown ground beef with onion and carrot. Drain.
    2. Stir in water. Bring to a boil.
    3. Crumble Ramen noodles and stir in along with seasoning packets. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
    4. Uncover and simmer an additional 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
